Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between LifeCode ("Company") and users regarding the use of the LiveFully Timer application service ("Service").

2. Definitions

  • "User" refers to any individual using the Service.
  • "Service" refers to the LiveFully Timer application and related features provided by the Company.
  • "Paid Services" refer to additional features or content available within the Service upon separate payment.
  • "Device ID", "UUID" and "Recovery Email" are identifiers collected for user identification and data restoration.
  • Undefined terms follow relevant laws or Company policies.

3. Effect and Modification of Terms

  • These Terms shall become effective upon the User’s agreement when first launching the Service.
  • The Company may amend the Terms due to legal changes or service improvements.
  • Amended Terms will be announced within the app or on the website, and Users who do not agree may stop using the Service.
  • Any revised Terms will be posted via in-app notice or on the website at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date. However, in the case of material changes or changes unfavorable to Users, notice will be provided at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date.

4. Service Provision and Modification

  • The Company aims to provide the Service 24/7.
  • Service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or system issues, and notice will be given when possible.

5. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Actions

Users shall not engage in the following acts:

  • Interfering with the normal operation of the app
  • Reverse engineering, modifying, or copying the Service without permission
  • Using the Service for illegal or unethical purposes
  • Violating Company policies or applicable laws

6. Paid Services and Payment

  • The Company may provide Paid Services accessible through in-app purchases within the Service.
  • The details, pricing, and terms of use for Paid Services will be separately displayed within the relevant in-app screen.
  • Payments for Paid Services are processed through the in-app purchase systems provided by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (collectively, the "App Stores"), and are subject to the respective policies of each App Store.
  • Users may request withdrawal (refund) within seven (7) days from the date of purchase of a Paid Service. However, pursuant to Article 17(2) of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, withdrawal may be restricted in the following cases:

    • Where the value of goods or services has significantly decreased due to use or partial consumption by the User;
    • Where the provision of digital content has commenced (except for divisible content, in which case withdrawal is permitted for the portion not yet provided).
  • If payment is made through an App Store, refund procedures shall be governed by the refund policy of the respective App Store, and Users may request refunds through the relevant customer support channel. If a refund request is made directly to the Company, it will be handled in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights relating to the app and its content belong to the Company. Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written consent from the Company.

8. Disclaimer

  • The Company is not liable for service interruptions or errors caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, power outages, or network provider failures
  • The Company does not guarantee proper operation under all device environments, network conditions, or app store policies beyond its control.
